Property Management Only
7.2% (6%+VAT) of the agreed gross monthly rent for the Tenancy charged monthly across the term of the Tenancy agreement and collected directly from the rent received. This applies where you ask us to manage a property that is already Tenanted when you instruct us.
18% (15%+VAT) of the agreed gross rent for the initial term of the agreement. For the initial term of the tenancy the Lettings portion of the fee (12% inc VAT/9.6%+VAT) will be payable in advance and the Management Fee (6% inc VAT/5.4%+VAT) will be charged monthly across the term of the Tenancy Agreement and collected directly from the rent received.
