Finding the right tenant

Regent Proeprty will advertise on Rightmove, Zoopla and Lonres, an agent only portal that allows us to share properties with other agents if they have someone looking for what we’re offering. Every week we also send out details to relocation agents who find corporate tenants for property all over London. They like to work with professional managing agents, so it becomes mutually beneficial.

Pre-tenancy inspection service

We offer a FREE pre-tenancy inspection outside of an inventory check. Any maintenance issues are addressed before the tenant moves in, with any low-level works undertaken free of charge by our in-house maintenance contractor to maintain a quick property turnaround, and we provide landlords with a full report.
