1. We think of the properties as our own so we’re super fussy about how we value and market them. We never make false promises, and you can guarantee that our valuation is based on our recent market knowledge and our genuine feel for any forthcoming changes.  We fully appreciate that some agencies will offer a valuation based upon what you want to hear, rather than their honest opinion, but we have more integrity than that.
2. We match our applicants carefully and vet their financial situation to ensure they truly are in a position to make a valid offer and carry it through to completion.  So many sales fall through in the UK because agencies have failed to investigate the buyers, and we pride ourselves in our low fall-through rate, primarily due to the time we invest at the very outset.
3. We have dedicated sales progressors to keep a close eye on the deal and the entire chain, as it runs it’s course.  We are in a position to take action very quickly if an issue occurs or a potential problem comes onto the horizon.  We will keep in constant touch with our vendors to ensure that they are kept in the loop at all times and we are very mindful this may sometimes involve a time-zone or three, at which point we are happy to make contact out of hours to suit.
