We know that when you move to a new area, it can be daunting to find new places to eat out without personal recommendations, so we’ve put together a list of 5 places to eat in Bromley, personally recommended by us.
Mount Everest Restaurant – Indian and Nepalese
With their award-winning head chef, Mount Everest Restaurant provides an amazing Nepalese and Indian fine dining experience. The restaurant itself has a warm and friendly feel to it, making it perfect for an evening meal out with friends. If it’s an evening at home you’re looking for, then Mount Everest’s gorgeous menu created using mainly fresh local produce, is also available to take away.
Aqua Bar & Grill – Mediterranean
Aqua Bar & Grill provide beautiful, delicious food in a well-presented atmosphere, and the staff are all attentive and friendly. We particularly recommend their delicious Sunday roasts (we’ve been back multiple times), and their 50% off steaks on a Monday are also a firm favourite.
Havet Restaurant – Turkish
With freshness, quality food, and dining experience at the heart of Havet restaurant, it really shows. The authentic Turkish cuisine is mouth-wateringly delicious, and everything right down to the chilli sauce is homemade on the premises. Another thing to love about Havet, is that at the end of each day any leftover food isn’t wasted, instead being donated to the homeless. They also have a great loyalty card scheme which is brilliant, because once you’ve visited you’ll want to go back again and again.
The Lavender House Café
If it’s afternoon tea you’re looking for, The Lavender House Café is an independent Café situated in Sundridge Park Village and is definitely the place to go. It’s family friendly, with a large garden, heated canopy, and children’s play area. They serve hot and cold food 7 days a week, including irresistible handmade cakes!
Fireball Pizza Company
Are you looking to enjoy pizza with friends? You can’t go wrong with the handmade wood fired pizzas from The Fireball Pizza company. They make their own dough, all of their pizzas are handmade – including the dough – and cooked in their pizza ovens. They also make incredible ice cream. Once again, you can dine in or order their delicious food to take away. We’re unashamed to admit that we’ve tried both!
